Xavier Ramey is the CEO of Justice Informed, a social impact consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. He is an award-winning social strategist, noted public speaker, & conflict mediator. Combining his background in economics, extensive management & social impact experience, & direct action campaigning in the Black Lives Matter movement, Xavier leads a company that brings a wealth of experience & network to clients seeking catalyzed strategies for inclusion, philanthropy, CSR, & community engagement. A native Chicagoan, he is a recognizable voice on the topics of community and economic development, policing & policy violence, & connecting spiritual faith to our lived experience. Through his leadership at Justice Informed, Xavier has consulted with institutions across the world on their DEI, community engagement, and philanthropic strategies; served as an advisor to Fortune 500 executives; provided strategic social impact guidance on multi-billion dollar business acquisitions and impact portfolios; led Masterclasses at top ranked graduate programs in business and executive communications; and has delivered keynotes across the world to inspire, inform, and catalyze audiences.

Xavier served as the lead of the Social Innovation and Philanthropy strategy in the University of Chicago's Office of Civic Engagement, managed multi-million dollar philanthropic portfolios to stimulate employment through the United Way of Metro Chicago, & worked as a nonprofit Director of Development in Chicago’s North Lawndale community. Xavier is a founding member of the #LetUsBreathe Collective, an artist-activist organization committed to addressing state and police violence against people of color. He is a Board member of Young Chicago Authors, the Chicago Center for Arts and Technology, and serves as President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Social Equity and Impact.

Anna Radoff

Head of Impact

Anna Radoff is the Head of Impact at Justice Informed. In her role, she serves as a leader for our staff and client impact, supporting the CEO on various projects, and helps ensure our working culture is representative of our shared values. As a former Senior and Lead Strategist at Justice Informed, she also helps team members on various projects related to Community Engagement and DEI strategy—from our data analysis and DEI Assessment work, to our innovative Learning and Development experiences, Anna supports clients to ensure their goals for impact are made real. A strategic thought partner to the CEO, Anna brings years of experience providing cultural and business insights to Justice Informed and its clients to increase their impact. Grounded in data and analysis, Anna has helped nonprofits and companies understand how DEI principles can further their vision and strategy. Anna has managed national programs focused on the leadership development of community and civic leaders. She received her bachelors degree from Northwestern University and earned her Master of Public Policy from the University of California Berkeley, as well as a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Dominican University. Originally from California, Anna is an avid hiker, climber, baker, and reader.

Kevin Nigarura

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - Senior Strategist

Kevin Nigarura is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategist with Justice Informed, primarily focused on the firm’s DEI clients seeking advisory and DEI assessment/audit services. He has authored several company and nonprofit DEI Roadmaps, and supported the firm’s work to mediate client DEI crises related to interpersonal workplace harms and policies. His previous experience lies within non-profit and government consulting with Chicago's Civic Consulting Alliance (CCA) where he has worked with clients on organizational strategy, policy implementation, and community engagement. Past clients include the Obama Foundation, State's Attorney's Office, and Chicago's Mayor's Office. His work at CCA also included developing the organization's first ever organization-wide DEI strategy impacting CCA's client services, recruitment, professional development, and communications. Prior to his work in consulting, Kevin taught History in Botswana through the Princeton in Africa Fellowship. Hailing from a small suburb outside Dayton, Ohio, Kevin holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Northwestern University.

Outside of his work with Justice Informed, Kevin is an active alumni volunteer for the Princeton in Africa fellowship as well as a student mentor for Chicago’s Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund. Kevin is a trained racial healing circle facilitator and continues to find opportunities to co-lead racial healing circles for organizations, communities, and other parties interested in engaging in this healing process. 

Maya Mojica

Senior Client and Data Analyst

Maya Mojica is a Client and Data Analyst at Justice Informed. Her work involves analyzing client-related data and translating findings into narrative insights, supporting the general research and project management goals of Justice Informed client projects, and supporting various business and community-related projects. Prior to assuming her current role at Justice Informed, Maya served as a Research Analyst Intern with Justice Informed, during which she spearheaded a research project surveying the current DEI market landscape across various professional sectors. Originally from Melbourne Beach, Florida, Maya currently lives in Chicago, where she engages in local activism and community organizing for reproductive rights, police and prison abolition, and more.

Maya holds a B.S. in Journalism and Creative Nonfiction from Northwestern University, and has reported and written extensively on topics ranging from sexual harassment to educational policy at publications such as Texas Monthly and Women’s Republic. Maya’s approach to DEI work and data analysis is heavily influenced by her background in narrative and empathetic storytelling.

Nisheena Clemons

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Nisheena Clemons has nearly fifteen years experience providing the critical infrastructure and strategic support that allows executives to create maximum impact and achieve organizational goals. Prior to joining Justice Informed (JI), she worked in business operations and program management roles in several school districts in New Jersey and New York serving at-risk populations. After moving to Atlanta, she has continued to take on leadership roles at various nonprofits in order to uplift and advocate for underserved populations in the State.

Nisheena embodies equity through her service with Sheltering Arms as a member of the Head Start and Early Head Start Policy Council that helps to create opportunities for children ages 0-5 years old in metro-Atlanta to get a quality education regardless of their families’ income. She also was a founding leader of the Avondale Alliance of Racial Justice, a grassroots organization that brings community leaders, police, business owners, residents, and visitors together to inclusively eradicate systematic and overt racism in DeKalb County and the State of Georgia. 

As a Black woman, her experience through the intersectionality of race and gender play a major role in how she shows up personally and professionally. Through healing and building, she tends to the generational and current traumas caused by oppressive systems, institutions, policies, and practices as well as develops, organizes, and implements ideas, practices, people, and resources in service of a collective vision.

As the Executive Assistant at JI, she supports the organization by working closely with the CEO to determine and prioritize business strategies as well as managing project-based work in business operations and personnel management allowing the team at JI to move the needle forward in social justice.
