Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Strategist

This role is a Part-Time opportunity, with opportunity for eventual full-time responsibilities. Extensive experience in team facilitation, management operations and culture, some fluency in social justice theories (economics, community engagement practices, critical race theory, health equity/social determinants of health, public policy, etc.), and excellent communication (verbal and written) are necessary. If you’ve worked in nonprofits where you held a leadership role, academia where you were leading discussions in front of students or adults, corporate environments where you managed culture/people, then this may be right for you!
